Paweł Kęska graduated from the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics, and Gdańsk School of Higher Education, Faculty of Economics. He also finished a postgraduate course at the Gdańsk University of Technology, specialization Operational Management. He has over a dozen years of professional experience related to logistics and transport management. He specializes in optimization of processes performed in an enterprise. For almost 4 years he has managed the company Sealand Liquids, engaged in specialized transport of liquid products. He became the President of the Management Board of Sealand Liquids thanks to his cooperation with Sealand Logistics, which had begun in 2013. Currently he also acts as the President of the Management Board of the Poltrans company.
Graduate of Maritime Academy in Gdynia (currently Gdynia Maritime University), Faculty of Navigation, specialization: Port and Ships Operations. From January to June 2003 he worked with Maersk Line Malaysia at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, gaining professional experience. Then he spent the next three years working with Wincanton Trans European Polska, where he managed the sea freight department in Gdynia. From 2006 onward he was professionally involved with Morska Agencja Gdynia, where he was responsible for developing cooperation with Far East agents. He spent a year at Morska Agencja Gdynia office in Shanghai, which allowed him to get well acquainted with the Far East business culture. In 2009 he took over the position of Part Load Container Department Manager, so undertaking to build and develop this department from scratch. From January 2010 onward he acted as the President of the Management Board of Sealand Logistics Sp. z o.o., as the company’s co-founder and main originator. Since September 2016 he has acted as the President of the Management Board of C.Hartwig Gdynia and the Director of the Freight Forwarding Division at OT Logistics Capital Group.
Graduate of a master’s degree program at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics, and an Executive MBA program at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM). He expanded his knowledge in the field of financial and management accounting and controlling during a postgraduate program at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and numerous courses. He specializes in restructuring projects and turnaround management in companies. Professionally involved with C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A. since 2009, he has participated in a successful restructuring process and been responsible for a strategic business model change and a turnaround process at one of its subsidiaries. Currently he acts as the Vice President of the Management Board – Financial Director. Earlier he gained his professional experience implementing diversified business projects as a President of the Management Board, Financial Controller, Project Manager.
